    Your own private gym - big box gyms can be toxic, plastered with photos of shirtless dudes and “before and after photos”, mirrors on every wall, and a scale in every room. WHAT IN THE LA FITNESS IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD!? The Nourished Movement Center is the anti gym. A private space in Maple Leaf filled with fat positive art, snacks, spa vibes and occasionally, Westley our sweet old golden retriever . Oh, and we got all that gym equipment too.

    An Escape from the day to day. Sometimes we need a change of scenery to shift into a workout mindset. The Nourished Movement Center is a sanctuary just for you. No kids yelling at you for another snack. No vacuum cleaner staring you down. All the equipment you need. Oh, did I mention we have coffee snack and stickers?

    Real Time Coaching so that you know you are moving safely and effectively for YOUR unique body. Everyones “perfect form” is different because we all have different bodies. Lets find what works for you!

    Dedicated YOU time- It can feel almost impossible to carve out time for yourself with all the demands on your time and energy. Leaving the house to go to the gym isn’t always possible or accessible. Online training is a great option. Kids running in and out of the session? No problem. Need to cook dinner while training, all good. Let me help you make training work for your life.
